Beverly features a versatile open floor plan ideal for events and group bookings of various sizes. A deposit of $50 per person and a discretionary 7.5% service charge applies to group bookings of 8 and above. Please note this does not apply to exclusive and half venue functions.

We are happy to accommodate all dietary requirements and food allergies.​ Please make sure you leave a note when making your booking or give us a call prior to your visit.

We are experiencing a large volume of bookings at present therefore bookings are definitely encouraged to avoid disappointment. We accept walk-ins based on availability.

To ensure your health and safety, we strictly adhere to regulations and cannot permit external food or beverages to be brought into our venue. However, you are welcome to preorder a celebration cake from us with at least 48-hours notice.

Beverly is located on the 24th floor of 627 Chapel St, South Yarra. Enter via the Goldfields House building situated on Daly st.​ See map.

Exit at Toorak Rd/ Punt Rd or Chapel St/ Alexandra Ave for a short stroll to Beverly Rooftop.

A smart casual dress code applies. Management reserves the right to apply discretion in maintaining these standards and may refuse entry, or request a person to leave, where they do not meet the required standard.

Please note: no confetti, balloons or decorations are permitted in the venue without approval. Please check with us regarding external materials before your visit to avoid disappointment.

All credit cards incur a 1.05% surcharge. Groups of 8 people or more will incur a 7.5% service charge. Please note, a surcharge of 10% will apply on Sundays, and 15% on public holidays.​

Policy for underage guests

We strive to create a safe and enjoyable dining experience for all our guests. In accordance with our liquor license and local regulations, we kindly ask that any customers under the legal drinking age be accompanied by a legal guardian if they wish to enter our premises after 6 PM. This policy ensures we comply with the law and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

To ensure a pleasant dining experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to our photo policy. Please be mindful of other diners' privacy and avoid capturing photos or videos that include other guests without their consent. Flash photography is not permitted as it can be disruptive. We encourage you to share your dining experience on social media by tagging us @beverlyrooftop. However, professional photography equipment such as tripods, lighting, or large cameras are not allowed without prior approval from management. This includes professional photographers, who must also seek approval beforehand. For private events and special dining areas, please check with the event organiser or our staff regarding specific photo policies. We want to maintain a cosy and intimate atmosphere, so please avoid loud or disruptive behaviour such as roaming around the rooftop while taking photos. For the safety and privacy of our staff, please avoid taking photos of staff members without explicit permission. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
