A crafted cocktail for elevated evenings
We might be in the depths of winter, but there's nothing a luxurious, specially crafted seasonal cocktail can't fix.
Enter the Cognac Cacao, a modern take on the classic hot chocolate, with an indulgent French-inspired twist.

Ingredients
45ml Hennessy V.S.O.P Cognac
15ml Mr Black coffee liquer
1 tbsp sweetened dark chocolate powder
75ml oat milk
Vegan whipped cream to garnish
Crushed chocolate nibs to garnish
Method
- Combine the oat milk and chocolate powder in a tin milk jug and steam using the steamer wand from a coffee machine.
- Pour the steamed chocolate oat milk into a double old fashioned glass.
- Add the Hennessy V.S.O.P Cognac and Kahlua.
- Garnish with vegan whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate nibs.
