Celebrating Negroni Week

Beverly’s Bar Manager, Rico Deang has developed the Camillo cocktail in recognition of Negroni Week 2025, which offers a fresh twist on the much-loved classic.

Featuring Campari, house infused Genmaicha Tanqueray gin and Lustau Pedro Ximénez sherry, it’s available not only for Negroni Week, but through to the end of October.

We’re fans of the fact that Negroni Week supports the Slow Food Negroni Week Fund, and have opted to run a further charitable initiative in venue.

For every Camillo sold, $1 will be donated to the Women’s and Girls’ Emergency Centre (WAGEC), of which Beverly is an authority to fundraise partner.

Head up to L24, opt for the Camillo, and you’ll not enjoy a unique sip against a backdrop of Melbourne’s skyline, it’s all in support of a worthy cause.
