Featuring an elevated Sunday feast the whole family is sure to enjoy

Honour the fatherly figures in your life with a proper Dad’s Roast at Beverly this Father’s Day, Sunday, September 6.

Choose from our à la carte selections, which showcase seasonal produce and premium, responsibly sourced proteins. Offerings include a Collinson & Co dry-aged rib eye encased in a mustard and herb crust, free-range rotisserie chicken, and honey-roasted red kuri pumpkin, which are accompanied by all the classic trimmings.

For parties of four or more, we present the $120 per person Chef’s Set Menu, a curated experience that begins with signatures such as our house made focaccia and Bloody Beverly oysters, followed by a main course of Collinson & Co dry-aged rib eye served with horseradish sauce, Yorkshire puddings, carrot & swede mash, sugarloaf and potato gratin. The meal concludes with a classic pavlova for dessert.

The Dad’s Roast selection will be available in conjunction with both our à la carte offering, and a $55 menu for the little ones.

Settle in for a refined family gathering set against the city skyline this Father’s Day. We do, however, recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment.
