Located directly at the kitchen pass, this immersive dining experience gives two guests a front-row seat to the sights, sounds and energy of a live service. Watch dishes come together in real time, experience the rhythm and pressure of a busy kitchen and gain a behind-the-scenes perspective of David Ball's menu and culinary philosophy.

No two evenings are exactly the same. Guided by the season's best produce, the experience evolves throughout the night with personalised touches, attentive service provided by a dedicated front of house team member, unexpected moments, and the opportunity to engage directly with the chefs behind the menu.

Expect fire, smoke, movement and theatre. This is not a traditional dining room experience – it's an opportunity to experience Beverly from the inside out.

Please note: The Kitchen Pass Experience takes place directly adjacent to our open kitchen. Guests should expect a lively atmosphere, kitchen noise, open flames and the energy of a working service throughout the evening.
