Pressing Matters, established in 2002 in Tasmania’s Coal River Valley, is Beverly's winemaker of the month for April.
Renowned for their refined cool climate wines, particularly Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Pressing Matters is defined by careful vineyard management and precise winemaking, creating elegant wines with excellent ageing potential.
The estate also produces an exceptional traditional method sparkling wine, aged on lees for seven years and offered exclusively at Beverly for a limited time.
The following Pressing Matters wines will be available on Level 24 this April:
- 2018 Blanc de Noirs
- 2024 Riesling
- 2024 Chardonnay
- 2022 Pinot Noir
We'll be wrapping up the month with a wine night experience on Wednesday, April 29. Head up to the rooftop from 6pm for a relaxed evening featuring wine tastings, conversation with the Pressing Matters team, and light refreshments for $50 per person.
