We're joining forces with the renowned Westholme Wagyu to bring Dads a premium cut this Father's Day, which will be available in Melbourne exclusively at Beverly.
In a nod to Head Chef David Ball’s English roots, the Westholme Wagyu grass fed, 40-day dry-aged short loin will be the star of the Dad’s Roast, which will be cooked on the bone and accompanied by a mustard and parsley crust.
It will be paired with a range of classic trimmings, including Yorkshire puddings, roast falcon potatoes, cauliflower cheese, carrot and swede mash, sugarloaf cabbage, parsnips, and a red wine jus, along with diners’ choice of horseradish sauce, English mustard or green sauce.
The roast can be enjoyed for $65 per person alongside dishes from Beverly’s à la carte menu, and groups of eight or more will dine on a three-course, $130 per person Chef’s Selection menu, which will showcase the beef roast as the main.
In what is designed to be a memorable day out for the whole family, a $30 menu will also be available for the little ones.
Settle in for a beautiful family day above the city skyline, just be sure to book ahead to avoid disappointment, particuarly as limited Westholme roasts will be available.
