Can we book a table for everyday breakfast?
Beverly opens in the morning for pre-arranged events, rather than everyday breakfast dining. Special events hosted by Beverly are listed on What’s On.
How many guests can we invite, and what does it cost?
Host up to 200 guests, depending on your format and layout. There’s no minimum guest number; a minimum spend applies. Contact our events team for the minimum spend for your morning. We’ll recommend a suitable space and layout, then provide a tailored quote covering food, drinks, staffing, setup and any additional requirements.
What days and times can we book?
Morning events can be arranged seven days a week, from 6am until midday. Events needing a furniture reset usually finish by 11.30am. We’ll agree the timing with you.
What space is included?
You can book a section of Beverly or enquire about exclusive use of the whole venue. Your proposal confirms the space reserved for your event; exclusive hire is quoted separately.
How far ahead should we book?
Please allow at least two weeks for menu planning, staffing and setup. Larger events or substantial furniture and production changes may need longer.
Can you accommodate our event requirements?
Tell us about speakers, panels, displays, dietary needs or access requirements. We’ll discuss what’s possible and confirm arrangements and costs. Site visits can also be arranged.
