Do we need to book both Beverly and The Loft?

No. You can host your occasion entirely at Beverly. If you need a dedicated meeting or conference room, tell us which parts of the day you’re planning and we’ll help coordinate availability and arrangements across both venues.

How is the event priced?

We prepare a proposal for your date, guest numbers and requirements, setting out hire, food and beverages, equipment or services, any minimum spend and the total including GST. Share a budget guide if you have one.

What AV is available?

Tell us about your presentations, speakers or production plans. The Loft’s meeting-room equipment and Beverly’s event AV are separate; our team will confirm the arrangements for your event.

What about dietary needs and accessibility?

Include any dietary or access requirements in your enquiry so our team can confirm suitable menus and arrangements for your guests.

Can we visit, and what is nearby?

Request a site visit in your enquiry. Nearby parking includes The Como Centre and 670 Chapel Street, with South Yarra Station and local tram routes nearby. The Olsen, The Como and Ovolo South Yarra offer nearby accommodation; parking and accommodation are arranged separately.
